1. All coins are unconditionally guaranteed genuine.Although every effort is taken to ensure accurate grading in accordance with British standards the matter remains subjective.
2. Coins can be ordered and paid for on line. Alternatively orders can also be made via email, letter or phone.However coins will not be reserved to customers unknown to us until cleared payment is received. To reserve a coin a downpayment of 20% is required.
3.Title does not pass until payment is made in full.
4. Postage costs:
UK: £6 Royal Mail "Special Delivery" (fully trackable) for orders under £500 , £10 up to £1000.All orders over £1000 are postage free.
Overseas: Royal Mail "Airsure" (fully trackable) £10 for all orders up to £1000.This service is only available for selected countries (click here to view the list). Postage costs for all other countries: Royal Mail "International signed for" £10 (trackable to the UK border only) for all orders up to £1000.All orders over £1000 are postage free if Royal Mail service is used. In all cases (including orders over £1000) if courier service (Fedex,TNT or Parcelforce) is required this cost will be absorbed by the customer.Please ask for a quote before ordering.Customs clearance and any relevant duties remain with the customer.
5. Payment may be made by cheque drawn on UK Banks (payable to GK Coins Ltd), postal orders, bank drafts (in pounds sterling),Bank wire (ask for details) or by MasterCard, Visa through Paypal . Paypal payment must be directed to: info@gkcoins.co.uk. Paypal payments will incur a 3.4% surcharge.
6. Goods are always insured when sent. This policy ensures safe operations and covers lost,damaged ot stolen during postage.However please note in such an unlikely event it can take up to six months for the RM to investigate and conclude it's findings. We will not refund until confirmation of the item's loss,damage or theft has been received.
7. Returns for any reason are accepted within 14 days of receiving the coins however postage and insurance is your responsibility.Coins must be in the same condition as posted to you.Slabbed coins are accepted back but not if the slab has been damaged or broken.Responsibility for lost,damaged or stolen items during this phase remains with the customer and no refund will be issued in such a case.
